I came to this work the long way. Before becoming a therapist, I was a teacher, a fitness coach, and a mental health case manager. I'm also a mom of 4 boys and a business owner. Each of those chapters taught me something about resilience, about the quiet cost of doing it all, and about how change actually happens — slowly, honestly, and with the right support around you.

My approach is collaborative. You are the expert on your life. My job is to bring clinical training, real-world wisdom, and a steady relationship that holds the hard moments without rushing past them. Together we use evidence-based tools — CBT, ACT, exposure work, solution-focused, and trauma-informed approaches — to build skills you can actually use long after our work ends.

I believe therapy should be both compassionate and challenging. You deserve a space where it is safe to be honest about the hardest parts of your story and where you are also gently invited toward the growth you came here for. That balance — warmth and honesty, support and stretch — is the heart of how I work.

For clients who want it, I integrate Christian faith into our work. Evidence-based therapy always remains the foundation, and faith, Scripture, and prayer are thoughtfully incorporated only when you request them. For clients who don't want that lens, the work is no less meaningful or effective.
