Fees & insurance

Invest in your mental health.

Therapy is one of the most meaningful investments you can make. Here is a clear, honest look at how I structure fees, what insurance I accept, and why many clients choose private pay.

Private pay

A focused, fully private option

Many clients choose to pay privately because of the privacy, flexibility, and depth it creates. Therapy stays entirely between us, and our work is shaped around your goals — not the requirements of an insurance plan.

  • Full privacy — no diagnosis is shared with an insurance company
  • Flexibility — no session limits, no third-party restrictions
  • Treatment is shaped entirely around your goals, not insurance requirements
  • No diagnosis is required solely for reimbursement purposes
  • More room to focus on growth, not paperwork
